Our microwave fire was highlighted on the 11:00 news on WEWS, NewsChannel 5. Very interesting that investigative reporter Ron Regan receives an email from Allstate admitting there was a faulty control panel in the microwave and then sends another email 2 hours later indicating they are still investigating. All evidence points to a faulty microwave.
